NOTE: After filling out the on-line registration form you will be directed to a pay-pal account where you can submit your $10.00 donation for an Event T-Shirt and Goody Bag if you choose.
Registration Donation: $10.00 - for Event T-shirt and Goody Bag
(goody bag to first 300 pre-registrants)
FREE to Walk, but please register (we need to know how many to account for!)
You may also choose:
- Sponsorship Registration $25.00 (Your name will be listed in the event program)
- Donor Registration $50.00 (Your name will be listed in the event program)
Registration Entry Donation entitles you to:
- Commemorative T-shirt
- Goody Bag & Snack for the first 300 Pre-registered guests!
This is an awareness raising event; all proceeds go directly into planning and developing this event. Any additinal proceeds left after the walk will go directly to the 2011 Recovery Month event.

NOTE. Unfortunately if you register after September 6th we can not guaranteed that you will receive your T-shirt and lunch on the date of the walk. Please register early!!
